If you want excellent customer service these are the people to talk to. I was in a odd situation with moving and I also wanted a very specific home . Doug listened to every one of my requests , never sugar coated anything and was very knowledgeable in the area, homes, and the market. Doug showed my family about 30 different homes over the course of 6 months until we found the right one. Doug made the process was easy for my family and even noticed little details/issues in paperwork before closing. I couldn't ask for a better experience. 10/10 would defiantly recommend . We worked with Doug specifically and he was so specialized in his field that it blew me away! We are a military family so we have moved a lot and he was probably the best, most knowledgeable, family friendly real estate agent I’ve ever met! We had to jump through many hoops (not because of counselor realty or Doug) and he made it as worry free as possible. We ended up needing to put in a septic (which if he didn’t pull the records we would’ve found out we would have to anyway because it wasn’t compliant for the house size. He also went through the whole house at the final walk through and verified all appliances were working on every level, the water got hot and cold, all garage doors worked properly and there were no unexpected issues. He was the best person I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond and never let us down. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a home.

We are so happy with Melissa Hoover and her team that we had to let others know how great they are. They took over selling our home from another realty and within a week accomplished what could have taken months, including completing renovations timely, getting the home detailed and cleaned, staged, and then professionally photographed all within a week and also squeezed in a showing prior to listing it which resulted in a full price sale without our home ever having to come on the market.
